GOLF HOLE SPONSORSHIP You are cordially invited to support our 32nd Annual Golf Outing on Monday, August 13, 2007 at the New Castle Country Club by sponsoring a hole at the event. This outing is traditionally attended by the community's business leaders and professionals. Your company name will appear on a sign at the course and in the program book that is given to everyone that attends. Your sponsorship will also be listed in the Chamber's monthly newsletter that goes out to 1250 businesses. Your sponsorship also allows you the opportunity to place any specialty advertising items in the goodie bags for the over 100 golfers. Cost is $200. MEMBERSHIP MIXERS Having a Chamber Mixer is an excellent way to introduce fellow members to your business. As a mixer host you are responsible for the refreshments. The Chamber handles promoting the event, taking reservations, making nametags for attendees and registering the guests as they arrive. Your only cost besides the refreshments is for 1250 inserts in the Chamber's newsletter. For more information or to reserve a date please contact us.
NEWSLETTER INSERTS A great way to reach potential customers or announce upcoming events is with a flyer inserted in the Chamber newsletter. The newsletter goes out to 1250 readers monthly. This includes not only our Chamber members but also the Ellwood City Chamber members, TPA members, and LCEDC members as well as government officials. It is the perfect target audience for your message. And by all reports it is highly effective in producing results. To reserve your place just call the Chamber office at 724/654-5593. We will need 1250 copies all the same color stock. The flyer needs to by 8 1/2 x 11 unfolded and delivered to the Chamber by the third Friday of the month prior to when you want it to go out. The cost is only $97.50. |
